I have forgotten my password, how do I log in?

Click on the SIGN-IN button at the top left of the page and you will be taken to the log in screen. Then click I Have Forgotten my Password and then enter your email address when prompted a new password will be sent out to you.

I want to change my password, how do it do that?

Sign in as normal and then click on the MY ACCOUNT link. Here you will be given the option to Change my account password click this and follow the onscreen instructions.

How can I set up an account?

To set up an account, simply click on the REGISTER link at the top-left of the home page. You will be asked to fill in a few fields asking for an email address and your home address. When you have done that and chosen your password, your account is ready to use.

Why does my tobacco contain bits/dust? What can I do to stop this?

Dust and small bits can develop in tobacco pouches over time as the tobacco begins to dry and flake. To reduce the chances of this happening, seal the pouch so that it is air-tight. Additionally, try and keep the tobacco pouch out of direct sunlight whenever possible.

What are Tobacco Specialists delivery charges?

The standard delivery charge is 3.50. However, recorded and special deliveries will incur a slightly higher price accordingly.

Can I order online and collect it in store?

Yes, we are more than happy for you to order online or over the phone to reserve your favourite products and then come into the store for collection.

Do you ship overseas?

We do not ship overseas due to the high delivery costs and the various rules that affect the exportation of tobacco.

I dont like the tobacco that I ordered, can I return it?

We do not operate a returns or refunds policy for people who dislike the tobacco that they order. This is to protect us against the minority of people who may be inclined to remove the high quality tobacco that we supply and replace it with an inferior brand before returning it.

Will you dispatch my order on a Saturday?

Unfortunately, we cannot dispatch any orders on Saturday. If you place an order late Friday or on Saturday, we will strive to deliver it on Monday.

Can I return a faulty lighter that I ordered for repair/refund?

If a faulty lighter is delivered to you, we are happy to refund or replace it. Simply send it back to us and we will try and fix it or send out a replacement lighter or refund it.

Will you dispatch my order on the same day I make the order?

We will dispatch all orders that are made before midday, Monday to Friday, on the same day. This allows for quick and efficient delivery.

What are the stores opening hours?

Monday Saturday: 09.00 17.00

If I order the wrong tobacco, will you replace it for free?

We are happy to replace any tobacco products that have not been opened. If you realise that you have ordered the wrong tobacco, simply return it to us unopened and then we will send out a replacement.
