Our delivery charge is only £3.99 (per order) for deliveries in the UK only and this also includes recorded delivery. If delivery outside of the UK is required, please contact us via email at email@example.com or telephone and we will try our best to accommodate.
With this royal mail offers, proof of delivery and signature from recipient, and compensation cover of up to £50.00.
We are only charging £3.99 standard delivery. To keep our p&p as low as possible, we will use 2nd class post with Royal Mail, or yodel (whichever is cheapest).

When loose tobacco is ordered (regardless of weight), we will use 1st class postage on these orders to allow maximum freshness of the tobacco!
However if you require next day delivery for your item, and want to have your goods insured, (up to £500), you will be charged an additional £18.00 on top of £3.99 delivery charge.
Please note all parcels insured, or uninsured, will only be compensated at the discretion of Royal mail or yodel. No orders can be refunded or re-ordered until claim have been finalised.
We aim to dispatch your order the same day the order placed (order must be placed before 12pm), or the next following working day (Mon-Fri). We do not dispatch any orders on weekends, bank holidays, or when post offices are closed.
DUE TO BAD WEATHER (ie snow), WE WILL DISPATCH THE NEXT WORKING DAY!
If the product you require is not in stock, we will advise you. You will have the option to either cancel your order, change your order or wait for us to contact you again when the original order is back in stock.
Making a purchase.
There is a minimum spend of £5 on each order (not including P&P).
